- Ticket not recognized? Re-take the photo in good light, crop to the numbers area, avoid glare, and ensure text is sharp.
- No emails? Check spam, then add
no-reply @loaio.app
to contacts. If you use corporate mail, your admin may need to allowlist our domain. - Security alert you don’t recognize? Change your password immediately and contact us.
- App won’t connect? Verify your network, then try again. If the issue persists, send us your device model and OS version.

FAQ
Does Loaio sell tickets? No. We’re a utility for scanning tickets and tracking results; we don’t sell tickets or hold funds.
Which regions are supported? AU, NZ, UK, IE, US, CA, ZA (with more coming). Availability can vary by game and draw.
What emails will I receive? Only operational messages: account verification, password reset, syndicate invites/acceptances, role/ownership updates, and security alerts.
