1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Loaio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Loaio is (and isn’t)

• Loaio provides tools to scan lottery tickets, check official results, and coordinate play in private syndicates.
• Loaio is not a gambling operator, does not sell tickets, hold funds, or guarantee winnings. It is not affiliated with official lotteries.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use lottery-related utilities.

4. Accounts & security

• Keep your credentials confidential and your device secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may send security notices (e.g., new device, email change). You agree to receive these operational emails.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service or others.

5. Syndicates

• Syndicate features are organisational tools only. Loaio does not manage, guarantee or settle any syndicate contributions or payouts.
• All arrangements are strictly between members. Use your own judgment and comply with applicable laws.

6. User content & license

You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g., ticket images). You grant Loaio a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and display that content solely to provide the service to you and your authorised syndicate members.

7. Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering, automated scraping, or disrupting our infrastructure.
• No unlawful, harmful or misleading use. Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.

8. Fees

Some features may be paid in the future (e.g., via app stores). Store terms and refund policies will apply.

9. Disclaimers

Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee accuracy of third-party or official results, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Loaio and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Loaio against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version and update the “Last updated” date.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia (without regard to conflicts of law). Courts located in Western Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
